From Your Backyard to the Cosmos

In this exhibition, astronomer Christopher Palma will share astronomical images from cameras and telescopes in backyards and local dark sky sites to those taken by the most powerful telescopes operated by NASA and research observatories around the world. Besides sharing the beauty that the cosmos has to offer, Chris will also peel back the curtain to share the techniques that are used by practicing astronomers, both hobbyists and professional researchers. The work of several local astrophotographers will be featured.
